Membership in UMW is open to all women of the church. We invite you to join us anytime.

Purchase with a Purpose

Purchase With A Purpose is our year round program where we make gift cards, redeemable at many local stores and restaurants, available for purchase in the Parlor on any Sunday morning. They may be used by the purchaser or given as gifts. For every gift card sold, a percentage is earned by the United Methodist Women to fund their ongoing mission.

Take time to stop by the Purchase with a Purpose Table on Sunday mornings and check out the cash and carry items. We continue to have Starbuck's, Panera Bread, Jewel, Dominick's, Ultra Foods, Speedway, and Downtown Dollars ready to pick up at the table every Sunday throughout the year!

The order form has been updated with new vendors and restaurants that have opened in the area. If you don't see the gift card that you want visit the Manna Group website, click on vendor list and if you find something you'd like to order write it on the new order form.

Crazy Closet Sale

An annual resale held each fall. The next sale will be in October, 2008. Interested parties may participate as seller, buyer, and/or volunteer.

Mary Elizabeth Circle

Meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month in the Chapel Hall at 1:00pm. Childcare will be provided upon request.

Rachel Circle

Meets on the fourth Thursday of every month in Chapel Hall at 9:00am. Childcare is provided.

Miriam Circle

Meets on the fourth Thursday of every month in various members' homes at 12:45pm.

Ruth Circle

Meets on the fourth Thursday of every month in Chapel Hall at 12:45pm. Childcare will be provided upon request.

Sarah Circle

Meets on the fourth Monday of every month in the Parlor at 7:30pm.

To the woman...

Who finds meaning in her church and is drawn to its fellowship,

Whose life is packed full of activity and obligations,

Who struggles with loneliness or a sense of failure,

Who juggles jobs and family, and tries to be faithful to both,

Who wants to combine classroom study with significant fellowship and outreach opportunities,

Who seems overburdened with the traditional woman's role of caregiver,

Who feels she has gifts which are wasted or undeveloped,

Who wants to be accepted for who she is,

Who need a supportive community to affirm her own sense of purpose and commitment to God.........
