Create a New Account

The DGFUMC website has been redesigned to create an online community in a way that the old website couldn't. We invite all church members to join us by creating their own accounts by clicking on the registration button below. You can then add your own comments to news articles, blog entries, and event postings, giving us your own thoughts on what is happening in our church. If you represent a Work Area or other church body, contact the webmaster to request the ability to add your own news articles and events.

Registration

Click on the registration button below and fill in the form with your user name and email address. Please use your real name as your user name, with spaces, e.g.,

Jane Doe

This is to help us keep spammers from abusing the website. When you apply for an account, an email is sent to the webmaster, who will then approve the account. If you don't receive an email confirming the activation of your account, please contact the webmaster or church office directly.

Please note that your email address is never displayed publicly (but see below).

Account Activation

When your account is approved, you will be sent a link to your user page where you can set up your password and other information. If you choose, you can upload a photo and describe yourself in a brief profile. Please note that this information is currently public.

You can also choose whether to allow other website users to contact you by email using the website contact forms. Your email address is not revealed during this process but the sender is required to give their email address so that you can reply if you wish.
